Ending an annual plan early means repaying the setup discount
On the annual plan, the website build fee is waived as a discount, so there is nothing to pay for setup. Only if you end the plan mid-year do you repay that discount, as set out in the contract; any prepaid months you have not used are refunded pro rata. The monthly plan has no such term and can be cancelled anytime. See the refund policy
