1. Types of Data Collected

• Contact and identity data: name, company name, tax ID, phone number, email address, contact address and the like.
• Billing and transaction data: plan ordered, payment records and invoice information. If you pay online, the related payment data is processed by the service provider that handles the payment, and the Company does not keep your full payment account or card details.
• Technical and usage data: IP address, browser type, device information, browsing and activity records, cookies and the like.

2. Purposes and Use

The Company collects and uses your personal data for the following purposes: providing and performing the Service, billing and payment processing, customer service and communication, improving service quality, sending marketing notices (which you may opt out of at any time), and purposes required by law. Your data is used for as long as the purpose of collection continues and during any retention period required by law. Use is limited to the geographic areas necessary for the Company’s operations and provision of the Service.

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

Except in the following cases, the Company will not provide, disclose or transfer your personal data to any third party:

• Where necessary to complete a transaction or provide the Service, to partner service providers that help with payment processing, e-invoices (uniform invoices), domains, hosting and the like.
• With your prior consent.
• As required by law or at the request of a competent authority or judicial authority.

4. Use of Cookies

This website uses cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences and analyze traffic. You may refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, but some features may then not work.

5. Retention and Security

The Company takes reasonable technical and organizational measures (such as encryption in transit and access control) to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, alteration or disclosure. Once the purpose of collection no longer exists or the retention period expires, personal data will be deleted or anonymized.

After the service contract ends, the Company will retain the websites it was commissioned to build and the member data those websites collect for thirty days so that the client may request an export. Anything not exported by the end of that period may be removed by the Company. The client may also request deletion of the relevant data as agreed (except data that must be retained by law). The Company makes regular system backups, but still recommends that clients keep their own backups of important data.

6. Your Rights

Regarding personal data the Company holds, you may exercise the following rights under Article 3 of the Personal Data Protection Act: to inquire about or request to review the data, to request copies, to request supplementation or correction, to request that collection, processing or use be stopped, and to request deletion. To exercise these rights, please email our customer service address; the Company will handle your request within a reasonable period.

7. Minors

If you are under eighteen, you may use the Service only after your legal representative has read and agreed to this policy.

8. Changes to This Policy

The Company may amend this policy at any time and will announce it on the website; the amended policy takes effect when it is announced.
