Consumer Rights
This English version is provided for reference only. If it differs from the Traditional Chinese version, the Traditional Chinese version prevails.
The Company protects your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act and related laws and regulations. The following explains the Service’s transaction security, your contract rights, the cooling-off period and complaint channels, so that you fully understand them before any transaction.
1. Transaction Security
This website uses SSL encrypted transmission. The Company offers several payment methods for you to choose from; if you pay online, payment is handled through a lawful payment service, and the Company does not store your full payment account or card details.
2. Right to Review the Contract
The Company signs with every client a service contract that has been individually discussed and negotiated by both parties (rather than a standard-form contract prepared unilaterally). Before signing, you may review, ask about and discuss every clause of the contract in full; you may also read and fully understand the Terms of Service, the Refund Policy and the Privacy Policy.
3. The Cooling-off Period
Under Article 19 of the Consumer Protection Act, consumers in distance sales are, in principle, entitled to a seven-day cooling-off period (猶豫期) after receiving goods or services; however, custom website design and digital services provided to individual requirements fall under the reasonable exceptions, so once the Company has begun providing the service, the seven-day unconditional cancellation rule may not apply.
To protect your rights, the Company works on a “completed first, paid for afterwards” basis: no fee is charged until the website is completed and you have accepted it, so you can fully confirm that the service meets your needs before paying anything, a safeguard that goes beyond the statutory cooling-off period. For refund conditions, see the Refund Policy.
4. Complaints and Disputes
If you have any questions about or are dissatisfied with the Service, please let us know through the customer service channels below; the Company will respond to and handle your complaint within 7 business days of receiving it. If negotiation fails, you may also seek help from local government consumer protection officers or consumer protection groups.
5. Jurisdiction
For consumer disputes arising from the Service, both parties agree that the Taiwan Taipei District Court shall be the court of first instance, without prejudice to the protections consumers enjoy by law.
